Let us help. osmcareers Responsibilities: ·Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication with our largest clients. ·Foster and maintain positive client engagements to help maintain a high level of client satisfaction. ·Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies/goals to realize this growth. ·Regularly review client accounts and report on the status of the relationships and opportunities for further engagement. ·Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations ·Develop and maintain professional internal relationships ·Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication ·Understand Key Performance Indicators for position and meet the expectations ·Continuous progress towards production goals; meeting production goals within designated timeframes · Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and Traveler · Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light · Use and grow in awareness of available tools · Accept coaching and remain open to changes and recommendations · Maximize and maintain the relationships with customers we already have existing.
