job details job summary: Manufacturer in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Program Manager to manage EV related programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical preferred and 10 years of experience in automotive engineering. Advanced understanding of electric vehicle technology and engineering practices is required, as well as leadership abilities. This is a hybrid position. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. location: DEARBORN, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 130,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Serve as a liason to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery of electric vehicle (EV) application solutions that cater to various OEM customer sales channels.

Assist the Sales team in managing commercial aspects of projects; work to establish EV business opportunities

Develop and execute application engineering plans thliaisonat cater to both OEM needs and external customer requirements

Create and oversee budgets for engineering projects,

Remain up to date with advancements in electric vehicle technology, driving customer solutions through use of technology and innovation.

Help define product specifications and application development and oversee possible changes to product design and features

Lead, mentor, and manage EV Application Development efforts and align with the company's strategic objectives

Requirements: B.S. in Engineering required, Electrical preferred

At least 10 years of automotive engineering experience in manufacturing

Solid understanding of EV technology and software as well as engineering practices

In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for electric vehicle manufacturing

Previous leadership experience
