Registered Nurse (RN) - Phoenix, AZ - Military veterans preferred

We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in the Phoenix, AZ area.

DAY SHIFT! 12 hour shifts!
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families
• Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by following hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide patient education on medication management, coping strategies, and self-care

Requirements:
Must have unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state
