is seeking a Senior Director of R&D to join a rapidly growing medical device company in the Silicon Valley region of California. This is a critical role reporting to the CEO as they continue their work to achieve 510k FDA clearance to market their products in the United States. Our client is a well-funded venture capital and the recipient of multiple government grants reflecting the market's confidence in both the medical need and market viability of their device.

Location:

On-site (Alameda County)

with potential Hybrid long-term (no relocation allowance)

Compensation:

with FDA optics and optical engineering medical devices product development R&D Budget development and management

Must Haves BA Mechanical-Biomedical Engineering with a preference for Master's or PhD 6-12+ years of medical device product development.
