Engineering Manufacturer is seeking a Engineering Manager to join their growing team! Primary responsibilities will be tracking multi-million dollar projects and provide support to design team members. Company interfaces with automotive manufacturing and mechanical design.
Responsibilities:
+ Tracking Project Changes and Producing Updated Engineering Schedules
+ Overseeing 5-7 Designer, Drafters and Mechanical Team Members to Align Projects
+ Expierence within Project Management, Aligning Timeframes with Design
+ Communicate Effectively with Engineering, Logistics, Production and Supply Chain Departments
+ Collaborate on Design Changes and Schedules
+ Take Ownership to Solve Problems Impacting Project Timelines
+ Compile Project Summaries to Include Contributions from other Team Members
+ Provide Feedback to Customers about Products/Availability
Requirements:
+ 2+ Years Experience in Engineering Management or Leadership Role
+ Experience with Supporting Manufacturing or Product Development
+ Strong Foundation in Statistics, Project Planning and Data Analysis
+ Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
+ Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
