Key Activities and Accountabilities

nswers incoming calls from customers, managing requests for pick-up or delivery and ensuring timely service.

Responsible for ensuring timely movement of equipment to the jobsite upon the customer's request.

Schedule and coordinate domestic freight movements

Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates, etc.) for domestic export cargoes

Final review of all equipment and containers before leaving yard.

Assist in the customs clearance process for shipments. Ensure a satisfactory service is being provided to the customer and report all deficiencies to the appropriate manager.

Maintain shipping register and files in accordance with standard operating procedure for the working location

Coordinate the review of products in order to determine the correct transportation requirements, including packaging,
labeling and documentation to ensure that shipments are consistent with contractual requirements, external regulations, and
internal procedures

Develop, nurture, and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other
service providers

Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical
standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible
violations or conflicts of interest

Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an
active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for
any deviations from standard procedures

Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE
awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application
of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules

Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
Minimum of 3 years experience in drilling related operations and equipment or a combination of skills and/or work experience acceptable to the department manager / supervisor.
Position requires weekend call rotation
Ability to achieve a broad level of understanding of company equipment.
Possess mechanical aptitude.
Competent in computer programs applicable to the requirements of company systems.
Good communication skills, responsibility skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to liaise with customers and personnel at all managerial levels.
Ability to interpret company health and safety procedures and company policies and
Ability to work on projects individually, as part of a team and/or act as a team leader.
