**Retail Inventory Control Lead - Calma**

at The Parent Company West Hollywood, California, United States The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and effectively utilizes audit and cycle count techniques to ensure correct quantities are present in internal systems. An important aspect of this role is maintaining accurate inventory levels.

**What Youll Do**

* Create and maintain Inventory Logs to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.

* Ensure all products are in proper locations. Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.

* Lead a team of Inventory Control Specialists to conduct daily duties as outlined.

* Investigate discrepancies in Inventory and leads corrective action and files corrective action reports.

* Adjust inventory discrepancies of under/over amounts and/or QC fails and submits Inventory Discrepancy Reports as needed to direct supervisor.

* Responsible for the organization of inventory by ensuring material/product is in the correct location.

* Create and implement procedures to prevent errors.

* Compile with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.

* Drive the review and resolve of any inventory issues and controls the proper documentation for resolution.

* Serve as a proactive role model, mentor, and coach for the team.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**What You Have**

* 3-5 years experience preferred.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Ability to multitask and time manage.

* Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.

* Provide adequate levels of support to internal stakeholders.

* Must be detail oriented and take direction well.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Cannabis experience a plus but not required.

**Working Environment**

This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and working in proximity with customers and staff. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.

**Job Requirements**

* Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

* Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for most of their work schedule.

* Must be able to travel to other office locations.

* Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.

* Required to have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.

* Must be 21 years of age or older.

* Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

* Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement
