Production Coordinator - Military veterans preferred

Location: Los Angeles, CA - Burbank - 1X per week

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years AS A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR in the entertainment industry required. Preferably in on-air promotions at network and/or production company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and provide creative solutions to challenging tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines.
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to handle relationships internally and externally with diplomacy and tact.
• Ability to forward plan, anticipate needs, and as well as address day-to-day needs.
• Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
• Mac Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Additional Information
Must have at least two years of Production Coordinator experience, in addition to any prior experience as an assistant, etc.
This project will likely not be extended beyond 2 months.
