SUMMARY

Partner is seeking an Inventory Specialist.The ideal candidate will preferably have advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS:

  • Order and maintain inventory supply of various sampling devices
  • Prepare daily project-related shipments including packaging up devices as well as preparation of chain of custody, shipping labels, and notices
  • All requests will be uploaded to Fulcrum, this includes project data entry with testing device serial numbers and tracking information of packages
  • Receive incoming lab results and distribute them to appropriate project team members and project folders.
  • Assist Technical Director with quality control testing monthly, additionally maintain control charts and based on results document all communication with lab regarding impacts on inventory distribution
  • Call Assessors/Project Managers based on delivery parameters to see if reduced shipping costs are applicable due to the scheduling of projects
  • Track and resolve any issues with UPS regarding shipments
  • Track and resolve issues with laboratory deliveries - this includes confirmation of devices received, requests for expedited lab reports, and requests for updated results as applicable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
***Preferred Advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years relevant experience in a fast-paced office environment, experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.


Compensation:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20-$27/hr.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
