Your Role:
Mobile Healthcare Pioneer: Roll through the streets in a state-of-the-art health van, bringing medical services directly to patients.
Substance Abuse Specialist: Focus on assessing and treating patients with substance abuse disorders, providing crucial support where it's needed.
Community Health Advocate: Use your expertise to educate and empower local communities, promoting health and wellness across diverse populations.
Clinical Collaborator: Work closely with a dynamic team of medical professionals to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes through both in-person and telemedicine services.
Logistics Maestro: Manage the nuts and bolts of a traveling clinic, from maintaining medical supplies to documenting care on the go.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York State with NYSED certification.
Eligible for full participation in Medicaid and Medicare, including DATA 2000 "X" waiver.
NYS Prescriptive Rights.
A background in Behavioral Health is a plus.
Proficient with computer and telehealth technology.
