Our client, a global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports and in the parcel market, is seeking a Project Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, familiarity with the badging process at LAWA, and experience working as an administrative assistant or office clerk.
Job Title: Project Admin. Location: El Segundo, CA Pay Rate: $18/hr.
What's the Job?
Office/Admin - mail, photocopying, stocking, and ordering office supplies, ordering lunches, etc.
Badge coordinator for airport - processing documents for badging/maintaining badging records.
Emailing RFI's and submittals and maintaining logs for airport projects.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of the badging process at LAWA
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
