Inventory Control Associate

Summary
The Inventory Control Associate collaborates directly with the Team Coordinator and department supervisor to maintain accurate inventory and provide materials to manufacturing floor per a predetermined schedule.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Put away material
Pick kits of material for manufacturing
Perform computer inventory transactions
Cycle count
De-trash boxes of received materials
Verify paperwork and packaging of materials
Count, AVL/AML, Part number, Shelf Life, Traceability and other requirements
Print required labels and paperwork for materials
Move materials to inspection or stock holding areas
Create Receiving Discrepancy Reports to notify Purchasing of discrepant materials
Work with Purchasing, Engineering or Quality to receive materials once discrepancies are resolved
Cross train and assist in other areas as needed including:Stockroom, Cycle Counting, Shipping support
Maintain a clean and highly organized area.
Drive continuous improvement by looking for opportunities for improvement and working projects, small and large, to successful completion resulting in improved performance and profits.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Shift: M-F Day Shift
Pay Rate: Up to $18/hr
