Job Description

The trading platform is integral to FBG operations serving as the foundation for product & price generation, In-play, SGP, Cash out as well as risk & customer management. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Manager who shares our commitment to enhancing the customer experience. This role will play a key role in the defining the overall vision for the future best in class trading platform and realizing the benefits that it will bring to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Manage prioritization of product features and make critical trade-offs balancing customer experience, delivery complexity and business value
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and accurately reflects the product vision
  • Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates
  • Collaborate with research and insights team to identify customer pain points and preferences
  • Work closely with Risk Management, Trading & Ops teams to identify solutions for automation of business processes
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, and iterate on features and experiences to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience creating customer-facing products as a product owner or manager. Alternatively, 6+ years working in a sports betting trading environment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, effectively translating business objectives and customer insights into tangible and actionable product plans.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of product development aligns flawlessly with stakeholder requirements and user expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
  • Experience working with tech teams and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
