Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute complex IT projects using PMP best practices and serve as an ISSO.
Act as team lead on the following cross-functional IT project team: Applications, Engineering, IT Operations and Maintenance, and network engineering.
Develop feasible milestones; manage schedule and resources.
Develop required reports and present material to senior federal officials.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience in IT Infrastructure program / project management and implementation.
Experience using MS Project and the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC).
Knowledge of and experience applying PMP best practices.
Experience planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and leading project activities.
Experience collecting functional requirements for the purposes of developing detailed plans and designs for delivery of IT solutions.
Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems.
Experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts.
Proven expertise in managing Azure cloud environments.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have presentation experience.
Knowledge of FISMA requirements.
The ability to effectively organize and manage multiple, complex, and interrelated IT project tasks.
Educational/Certification:
Required: Project Management Professional PMP
Required: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
Required: must be able to obtain Public Trust (or higher) Clearance.
