Cin7 is expanding very quickly with a mission to become the leading Inventory Management Software brand in the world, and we are looking for a motivated and driven Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Support Specialist (Accounting) at Cin7, youll provide unparalleled accounting and technical support for our high profile customers who are using Cin7 to connect to their business accounting software (currently Xero, QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop). You'll help empower them to streamline their businesses to come out better on the other side. Our goal is to build the best Customer Support department on the planet, and you will help us do that!

**If so, heres what youll do in this role:**

* You will provide technical support to Cin7s client businesses with a focus on accounts data and transaction management, tax and statutory obligations and reconciliation. You will use in-depth knowledge of accounting principles coupled with technical support and troubleshooting.

* Develop trusted customer relationships through professional, reliable and authentic interactions.

* Have a deep understanding of the functions of Cin7 software and how it impacts accounting for stock/inventory and accounting processes.

* Respond to customer's mission-critical issues, diagnose, troubleshoot and test.

* Focus on the accounting problem(s) the customer is are trying to solve in relation to using Cin7 software.

* Taking pride in a fast response to partner and customer enquiries and escalations.

* Work collaboratively and constructively to solve technical problems and implement changes with other internal teams.

* Provide best possible workarounds and practical solutions for the customer's process where possible and work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.

* Deliver effective training when required to customer, staff and partner on optimal usage of Cin7 solutions.

* Record and manage best practice resolutions for the companys self-service knowledge base.

* Manage the resolution path knowledge base for known issues.

* Make suggestions regarding potential fixes/enhancements of Cin7 to enhance user ability in relation to accounting for stock and inventory.

* Guide client businesses on adaptations and changes to usage and processes to optimize performance and efficacy of the Cin7 solution for accounting tasks.

* Meet the KPls set by the manager and any other requirements as needed.

**Heres what youll bring with you:**

* 2+ years' experience in a customer support role, preferably at a software company

* Accounting software or academic experience preferred

* Superior interpersonal and customer support skills to provide excellent service

* Professional verbal and written communication skills

* Aptitude to build strong analytical and critical thinking skills

* Experience supporting customers through a variety of contact channels including chat, email and phone

* Good understanding of SQL

* Base level skills with HTML, CSS, C# or similar programming languages

* An overall understanding of the technical side of software integrations

* Ability and willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends (i.e. 5am-1:30pm) if necessary

**Location:**

Please note that this role is based in Denver, CO. Though we have some flexibility on timing for relocation, we are not considering permanently remote candidates at this time. We are a hybrid work environment.

**Compensation**

$50K-$70K

**In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.**
