We are currently hiring a Accounts Payable Team Lead in the Hub Financial Center (HFC). The HFC is the centralized accounting team for HUB International. Our Accounts payable Team Leads are at the core of our organization. Through a wide variety of assigned functions by department, they ensure that HUB delivers on its fiduciary responsibility to our clients, mitigate risk, and create value.

What youll do:

Assisting in aligning the day-to-day structure, providing support to team members

Continuously foster an engaging and welcoming environment promoting teamwork

Participate in structured connects to support production and service level agreements

Contribute to the investment and growth of the department

Provide training opportunities and celebrate team accomplishments through a variety of channels

Aide in other projects and duties as assigned

What you bring to our team:

Required at least 1-2 years of experience in a supporting role that utilizes leadership skills

Required a minimum of 1-2 years in a service, accounting, banking, or finance field

High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in supporting processing functions

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Qualifications:

• Requires at least 1 years team lead experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel Skills required
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have a high degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
• Demonstrate ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Preferred a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting/finance field
• Must have flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs

Based on your location, the initial 4-6 weeks of training are completed onsite at our Riverside, California location

?The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope and level.
