**Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Delivery, the Clinical Delivery Manager will join the organization at a pivotal time in its growth track. As a key member of the clinical operations team, the Clinical Delivery manager will be tasked with partner implementation, partner day-to-day operational execution, and partner member service delivery for the US.

**Responsibilities**

The Clinical Delivery manager, working closely with the Director of Clinical Delivery, will support key clinical delivery work streams from partner pre-implementation, implementation, launch-related activities throughout ongoing member and clinical delivery needs. This role is seen as the single point of day to day clinical operational contact working cross-functionally within Twin:

* Work in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer and the CMOs direct operational team leads or designees, including but not limited to VP, Clinical and Coaching Operations, VP, Clinical Quality and Innovation, and VP, Member Operations partnership to support the following:

+ Member support & end-to-end journey workflow needs

+ Clinical eligibility criteria and adjustments along partner lifecycle

+ Clinical Performance Management & Outcomes Review (Pod level Clinical Rounds and troubleshooting gaps in member clinical outcomes)

+ Care Coordination & Provider engagement and partnerships with PCP groups

+ Clinical Product needs

+ Clinical Quality and Reporting (Working to support clinical quality metrics as required by partner, including PCP, care coordination, and related reporting needs)

+ Clinical Marketing and Communications needs

* Work closely with Partner Success team to communicate risks and challenges ensuring preparedness for QBRs and for discussions to expand accounts

Implementation: Clinical Delivery Work Stream Day to Day Role and Responsibilities:

* Support, in partnership with Director of Clinical Delivery and Business Operations and Partner Success pre-implementation planning and implementation work for each partner contract

* Monitor all contractual measures and agreements prior to signature for sign off from clinical operations

* Train the dedicated support team staffed for each partner, aligned with pod structure on culture and clinical operational expectations and variances

* Understand the product expectations outlined for each partner and executed prior to launch (if applicable)

* Ensure Member Ops is staffed for member engagement and onboarding

* Understand nuances of member journey end to end, including role of MEAs, RNs, Coaches, and providers for each partnership in order to ensure a maximized member experience and partner satisfaction

Post-Launch: Clinical Delivery Day to Day Role and Responsibilities:

* Operationalizing the strategic direction for partner accounts across both SIE and HP/HS partner types to support member enrollment, member enablement and member retention efforts

* Serves as the key point of contact for the Clinical Operations team on end to end member journey oversight: Member assignments; member eligibility: clinical screening & member referrals

* Supports partner requests for Twin Healths technology, product, and clinical service offerings

* Collaborates with work streams (Business Operations & Marketing) & clinical team on issues impacting the member journey experience across all partnerships.

* Reviewing milestones by partner weekly and signing off on billing metrics

* Understanding of clinical metrics and outcomes relevant to each partner and to drive organizational success

**Qualifications**

* 5+ years experience successfully project managing and implementing experience (processes, people, technology) across a variety of partner types (Health Plans, Payers, Self-Insured Employers - all 3 a plus) with clinical operations as a core competency - eg. has worked across clinical teams of operators (RNs, coaches, providers) or in an integrated delivery system setting

* Ability to communicate and work across client organizations, engaging on a range of tactical and strategic issues, with senior executives as well as execution teams

* Exceptionally strong project management skills, with demonstrated organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to balance between thoughtful planning and timely execution

* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment working under time constraints

* Proficiency with Google applications and with PM tools, such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and MS Project

* Comfortable working with a rapidly expanding organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

* Applies the customer voice to all aspects of clinical transformation and innovation

* Can engage providers at all levels (CMOs, MDs, Medical Directors, Advanced Practitioners, care managers) and instill trust and inspire for transformation
