**Agrico Canada L.P. is a Canadian wholesale distributor of crop input products; primarily dry and liquid fertilizers. Agrico Canada sources premium products domestically and worldwide to meet the ever growing needs of our agri-retail customers. Agricos head office is located in Mississauga and a branch office in Oak Bluff, Manitoba. Our offices provide support for a network of fertilizer storage terminals strategically located from Quebec to Saskatchewan, and south of the border in Minnesota. Agrico focuses on supporting 11 joint ventures in which it is a partner in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, as well as many independent partners across Canada. Agrico is a division of the Quebec based Sollio Agriculture since 2012.**

**Work location:** 99 Eastport Blvd, Hamilton, ON L8H 7S3

**Status:** Seasonal/Temp,

***7 seasonal positions available from April 1 to June 30th 2022.***

***CHALLENGES WE OFFER:***

* Load and unload liquid fertilizer trucks, using overhead pipe and gangway;

* Participate in manufacturing of UAN;

* Operate heavy equipment - loader with high tip bucket, skidsteer;

* Work between both liquid and dry facilities;

* Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment required to operate the terminal facilities;

* Participate in the Environmental Health and Safety Programs;

* Follow safe operating procedures;

* Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions, work flexible hours (day and night shift) during weekdays, weekends and holidays, including overtime;

* Perform light repairs on various pieces of equipment as required;

* Work with customers, truckers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner;

* General help around the facility and other duties as required;

Training will be provided.

** In compliance with port regulations a proof of vaccination is required to work on site.

***YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:***

* You are physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs;

* You are receptive to learn new skills and adapt to change;

* You can work at heights;

* You have a valid G license;

* You have good communication skills;

* You have basic computer skills to operate scale systems;

* You work well within a team as well as work independently.
