You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that supports getting the enterprise data platforms to destination. You will ensure our program and communications strategy keeps stakeholders engaged and informed, ushers associates through the change curve and rallies all parties to the finish line. The right candidate will be a confident and innovative leader who builds productive relationships and drives results. ResponsibilitiesFacilitate technical architecture forums (including preparing materials, managing stakeholders and driving project work)Report on forum delivery progress, manage escalations and impediment resolutionPartner with technical stakeholders to build & define intent for enterprise efforts crossing all types of technologiesCollaborate with all levels of the organization to build consensus, drive process improvements, incorporate stakeholder feedback and adapt to changing requirements Manage high visibility technical projects on behalf of getting our data to destinationBuild and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams across the Enterprise to keep abreast of current strategies and manage work in progressCollaborate with stakeholders on crafting enterprise-wide communications and regularly report on distributed communications to leadership The successful candidate will be:A leader with proven experience for delivering technical projects in a fast paced environment, ideally using Agile delivery methodologiesA strong communicator who can partner well across groups to ensure intent is clear, plans exist and risk is understoodAble to develop a strategic narrative and comfortable with storytelling across all levels of the organizationAn exceptional writer with strong written, oral, and verbal communications skills who can present complex subject matter in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to stakeholders across all levels Action oriented, always leaning in and moving with a sense of urgency; results-oriented and able to get things doneA multi-tasker, who is able to handle multiple priorities in parallel and extremely well-organizedHighly motivated, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job doneAble to flip back and forth from strategy to tactics quicklyAble to collaborate with others at a variety of levels across the organizationCapital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.Basic Qualifications At least 4 years of technology project management experienceAt least 3 years of experience delivering data management or data transformation projects At least 2 years of experience with Agile deliveryPreferred QualificationsBachelor''s Degree5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management3+ years of experience in delivering technical projects that affect multiple business areas in a matrixed, indirect delivery model2+ years of experience working with a technology-oriented companyProject Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certificationAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
