The Manager of Demand Planning is a key member of the Sales Team co-leading the monthly forecasting process and demand review meetings. This position works cross-functionally with Field Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing and Supply Chain to create and lead demand forecasting needs including assumptions, KPIs, variance and market analysis. The Manager of Demand Planning makes an impact by

  • Co-lead monthly sales forecast meetings and demand review meetings. Ensure actions are identified and documented.
  • Develop presentations to achieve demand forecast consensus with management and deliver output to supply planning and finance
  • Consolidate sales plans as key drivers of the forecast and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to aggregate and understand forecast inputs
  • Partner and support supply planning as they develop a production forecast to drive alignment and accuracy
  • Identify and assess risks & opportunities to revenue plan and support analysis on gap closure options
  • Present the latest brand/segment forecast and associated assumptions to business stakeholders
  • Provide insights related to shipment /consumption / inventory in the market and implications to the forecast
  • Provide input to supply planning processes regarding inventory strategies for new, existing and end of life items

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
    • Minimum of three (3) years of related forecasting experience
    • Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze large amounts of data / multiple inputs and synthesize
    • Advanced Excel knowledge, experience working with Tableau and other analytical tools
    • Comfort in building cross functional trust and influencing, even around higher management
    • Ability to plan, organize and carry-out multiple tasks and projects
    • Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision; high initiative, self-starter, self-confident, assertive and persuasive
