**Description**
RiverStone Group, Inc. has an immediate full-time opening for a local delivery driver / materials handler at our Building Materials location in Moline, IL.
A delivery driver is responsible for transporting and dropping off residential and commercial building materials while providing professional customer service. This is a full-time, hourly position working 40 to 60 hours per week, 5/6 days per week based on season. Candidates must be dependable and available to work overtime as needed. *This position does not require over the road travel.*
Candidates must have the ability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous physical activity. We will provide training and classes to achieve your Class B CDL.

**Major responsibilities include:**
* Performing all duties at the highest level of safety
* Operating forklift for stocking, loading and organizing materials in warehouse as needed (up to 50%)
* Completing a thorough load check on your truck before leaving, ensuring that all delivery materials and quantities are accurate and firmly secured
* Performing vehicle pre-trip in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
* Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you
* Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Providing the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collecting the entire due amount on COD deliveries
* Completing and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner
**The ideal candidate will have:**
* High school diploma or GED
* A focus on safety and a strong work ethic
* Experience driving a boom truck and/or dump truck
* Forklift experience/certification
* Ability to obtain and maintain valid CDL license
