Job Description:

The ILS and Supply Support position will provide Product and Program support to E23 supply department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. The successful candidate will become a part of a very dynamic, fast paced team that requires flexibility in tasking to rapidly respond to fleet requirements. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

• Define system supportability requirements and evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts
• Provide program support with data gathering and analysis that support program deliverables
• Coordinate weekly/monthly program meetings
• Develop and maintain Intergrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Review and track Logistics products in various databases and systems
• Track inventory and warehouse management within Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP)

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
• Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Navy-ERP and other Navy Logistics databases
• Current U.S. government secret clearance.
• Experience with OneTouch / Logiquest

Security Clearance:
