Position Overview:
ANSER is actively hiring for a Senior Program Management Analyst to work onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA providing warfighter engagement support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense (ODASD(CBD)).

Responsibilities:

  • Providing program management support for the development and delivery of integrated Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) mission integration knowledge, products, programs, and equities within the Department and the Services, to include departmental assessments, mission engineering, joint concepts, demonstrations, exercises, experiments, training, and logistics in support of Combatant Command (COCOM) and Service plans for operating in chemical and biological environments
  • Supporting the development and execution of a Service and COCOM engagement strategy.
  • Coordinating policy or technical positions of the Military Services, Defense Agencies, Joint Staff, COCOMs, and other U.S. Governmental Agencies on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense issues in support of the ODASD(CBD).
  • Supporting the development of future operational and capability concepts.
  • Providing support in the oversight of chemical and biological defense readiness and risk.
  • Supporting the oversight of chemical and biological defense requirements generation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience managing complex programs.
  • Experience analyzing and integrating complex data and information in support of the development of operational concepts and warfighter engagements.
  • Experience communicating and coordinating with Military Services and COCOMs on requirements and warfighter engagements.
  • Experience with the MS365 Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.


Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience working within the DoD Chemical and Biological Defense Program.
  • Experience with mission engineering efforts.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
