We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and records management, with a focus on developing and maintaining electronic forms, process workflows, and user training. This role is crucial in ensuring that our knowledge repositories are structured, accessible, and up-to-date, supporting our products team and leadership with accurate and timely information. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Engineering) or five (5) additional years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data and records management.
  • Proficiency in records and data management techniques.
  • Experience in developing electronic forms and process workflows.
  • Ability to provide user instructions and training tools.
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in Microsoft SharePoint and MilSuite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Job Duties:

  • Create, capture, and share program office data.
  • Recommend how knowledge content should be structured, shared, controlled, and made accessible by using SharePoint.
  • Ensure knowledge repositories are current, relevant, iterative, non-duplicative, and compliant with review and approval processes.
  • Support the creation and version control of content for leadership briefings, reporting and information dissemination.
  • Manage and develop new content within the SharePoint portal.
  • Serve as the Site Collection Administrator.
  • Develop and implement efficiencies for lifecycle management of records.
  • Develop a document configuration management plan.
  • Create, manage, and update SOPs for records information management (RIM) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist users in the development of process workflows.
  • Provide user instructions and training on knowledge management tools and processes.
  • Develop policies and SOPs for government approval regarding the application of RIM regulations, laws, and other regulatory requirements.
