Job Summary

The mission for the Sales Effectiveness Specialist, Ops. is to support the Sales Effectiveness managers to streamline sales processes, optimize sales performance, and drive revenue and profit growth by implementing data-driven strategies, managing sales analytics, and fostering collaboration between other relevant departments.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data, providing the foundation for effective commercial sales reporting.
  • Support field sales quota setting, evaluation, and maintenance.
  • Partner with HQ leaders to improve and systemize the quota management process.
  • Support implementation of comprehensive sales planning processes and tools for field sales teams.
  • Accurately and regularly report out on sales initiatives and general sales team performance.
  • Provide support with sales tools utilized by field sellers and managers for territory, quota, sales planning and more.
  • Support field leadership utilization and adoption of sales tools.
  • Help to implement and ensure field engagement to NAPA's 5R sales process.
  • Support CRM development, deployment, and training.
  • Work with internal and external partners to implement and refine product benchmark and share of wallet (SOW) reporting.
  • Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and value of sales programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to support effective and accurate field sales programs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to test, refine, and optimize tools, processes, and reporting.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to ensure data parity across systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Own operational tasks to enable growth processes and support end users for sales tool matters.
  • Create and use reporting as a tool to drive efficiencies and support informed business decisions.
  • Develop content for executive leadership and national audiences.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven sales operations experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, etc..)
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, preferable PowerBI
  • Experienced and proficient with CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills, preferably with experience in training settings
  • Ability to manage congruent and diverging projects


Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Remote work environment
  • Travel up to 15% of the time
