Join our BMS Controls team as a Facility Systems Integrator and take the lead in installing and maintaining cutting-edge building management systems. This vital role involves hands-on work across various projects, guiding junior technicians, and ensuring every installation meets our high-quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and troubleshooting of BMS control components, including low-voltage wiring.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure projects finish on time.
- Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a safe work culture.
- Conduct system checkouts and manage the commissioning process.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-8 years in electrical roles, with a preference for candidates holding an electrical license.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), blueprints, and construction documents.
- Skills: Strong field installation skills, especially in EMT, IMC, and conduit setup. Proficient in HVAC, DDC systems, and network installation. Knowledgeable in Tridium Niagara, Distech Controls, and integration protocols.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of working in construction settings, climbing, operating lifts, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Licensing: A valid state motor vehicle license with a clean driving record.
- Travel: Mainly at Atlanta data center locations with a significant on-site presence (20-100%) and some travel out-of-state (10-40%).
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
In this role, you’ll often lead a team of 0-4 subcontractors, ensuring the smooth operation of highly critical sites. While you won’t have direct reports, your leadership in the field will be crucial. We’re looking for someone who can handle the responsibilities of a BMS Engineer and has the expertise to be an electrical lead. If you’re a Mechanical Field Tech or Network Installer with data center experience, you could be a perfect fit for our team.
