The objective of the Knowledge Manager role revolves around enhancing the organization's efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging and maximizing its intellectual assets. This involves activities such as identifying, capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge within the organization.



Responsibilities

  • May be responsible for supervising third party contractors and sub-contractors as related to the project assigned.
  • Entering and maintaining data.
  • Monitoring data hygiene and integrity.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Pulling reports on projects/people/subs/partners, etc. for proposal prep and positioning.
  • Maintaining client and project lists by market.
  • Developing standardized weekly/monthly/quarterly reports that audit the status of data entry and identify problems; and assisting marketing team in the closeout of pursuits.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, communications, or related field, AND at least two years' of relevant experience; associate degree in business, computer science, marketing, communications, or related field, AND four years' of relevant experience; no degree with six years' of experience.
  • A combination of education and/or experience totaling five years' of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
  • Experience implementing and/or maintaining a database (Deltek or MS Dynamics).
  • Intermediate level of experience in Excel.
  • Knowledge of CV Partner, OpenAsset and/or Loopio, a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in collecting and auditing data, with a proficiency in writing.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Ability to catch errors/inconsistencies.
  • Attention to detail.
