What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst in the PMO collaborates with project teams to gather and document requirements, produces business analysis artifacts, and engages with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough business analysis, defining project scope, creating use cases, and communicating complex concepts effectively.

Business Analysis and Documentation:

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Produce business analysis artifacts as needed for each project.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams.
  • Gather requirements, create use cases, and define project scope.
  • Develop business process flow diagrams and execute test scripts.

Communication and Analytical Skills:

  • Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Translate data into actionable insights.

What do you need?

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis Experience.
  • Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and confirming requirements.
  • Skilled in creating use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Able to research and present successful solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • BA degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Business Analysis Certification (e.g., IIBA/CBAP, PMI/PBA).
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Visio, Agile (SCRUM), and issue tracking systems.
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry (4+ years).
  • Master’s degree (preferred).

  • Planview
