This is an international position located in Europe, Africa, or the Middle East. Position location determined by project.

This position is in support of Services for the Product Manager Manned Aerial Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems (PdM MARSS) to provide tactically relevant manned Aerial Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (AISR) to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in support of current and emerging Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). Program responsibilities include Contractor-provided services to include technology insertion, system integration/installation, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, CLS, O&S, training and engineering support of SOCOM Tactical Airborne Multi-Sensor Platforms (STAMP) aircraft and acquisition, modification and integration for the Primary Mission Equipment (PME) on GOCO and/or COCO systems. This is a proposal position contingent upon a successful contract award. Only those candidates selected will be contacted for an interview.

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering)
Ten (10) years of experience.
Perform progressively complex experience in probability, reliability, maintainability, statistical analysis methods, sampling and test and evaluation techniques, data collection and familiarity with applicable regulations and standards. Specific experience must have been in the areas of development and operational testing at both component and system level; preparation, review and analysis of failure reports, verification of corrective actions; requirement validation and their translation and trace to technical requirements and test specifications; and preparation and review of detailed test plans/procedures/reports.
Senior engineering experience supporting Aviation program.

Security Clearance Required:
SECRET preferred. Ability to possess security clearance at the time of TO Management Plan approval required.
