Position Description
Under the direct supervision of the Contract Management Team, performs various clerical and repetitive manual functions with high attention to detail. Perform clerical and data entry functions in sorting, creating document batches, retrieval of individual application information, and data entry. Ability to operate various equipment for scanning, image review, printing, quality control, and mail out. Perform searching and filing functions. Ability to follow pre-set pattern for document sequencing. Perform basic filing skills to insert and retrieve application packages from file cabinets. Your future duties and responsibilities
?Required to actively participate with teams for continuous quality improvement and production workflow.
?Maintains flexibility to learn and assist within each case section as required by the workload and per the direction of the supervisor.
?Must assist in training employees for the essential job functions.
?Must help to constantly improve the training process / procedure.
?Maintains constant awareness of all aspects of internal security
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
?High School degree or equivalent.
?One (1) year of general office experience (two preferred).
?Basic computer skills.
?Quality Control experience (desired).
?Good data entry skills.
?Good hand to eye coordination.
?Capable of doing repetitive tasks such as lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing and reading.
?Attention to detail
?Ability to work in one place and transverse the office on a continuing basis.
?Ability to transport 30 lbs.

?Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
