Position Description
Under the direct supervision of the Contract Management Team, performs various clerical functions, operates and uses various types of machinery in all phases of the processing cases. Must have a basic knowledge of the current client tools and process and ability to determine quality and correctness of prepared cases and maintain files in an orderly and traceable fashion. Your future duties and responsibilities
Perform searches as requested for customer applications and use troubleshooting skills in connection with information given; contact customers by phone for verification of mailing address and/or data information. Prepare letters.
Verify all completed transactions and run designated reports.
Troubleshooting information retrieved from the computer screen and manually searching to locate applications and documents within the case process.
Update text in appropriate screen (data entry).
Remove case information from the computer system.
Adhere to all internal controls to include backing out of personal information screens, logging off computer terminals when not in use.
Secure workstation and all documents when away from desk.
Assist with various projects as requested by Management Team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
High School degree or equivalent.
?Two (2) years of office experience (Three (3) preferred).
?Prior experience as a Support Associate Level I
?One (1) year of computer experience obtaining information from a personal computer.
?Basic computer skills.
?Quality Control experience (desired).
?Data entry ability.
?Good hand to eye coordination.
?Capable of doing repetitive tasks such as: lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing, and reading.
?Ability to work in one place and transverse the office on a continuing basis.
?Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
Ability to lift 30 lbs
