Simulation Engineer

Position Description
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI. CGI is seeking a Simulations Engineer to support operations at our Ft. Huachuca, AZ location.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop IMI II-IV requirements and other training materials as directed, as well as other designated simulation support. Design projects and develop cost estimates. Coordinate with trainers, curriculum developer and business process engineer for project design and requirements. Deliver designated projects and coordinate with trainers for review of effectiveness with the customers. Simulations include, but are not limited to Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) Target Signature Arrays (TSA) provided as GFI/GFE from PEO Simulation, Training & Instrumentation (STRI). The DCGS-A TSA shall serve as the embedded training capability for the system in "stand-alone" mode and the interface to the constructive exercise in the "networked" mode.
Design, develop, integrate and test the DCGS- A TSA to be compatible with current and future Entity Resolution Federations (ERF) and Multi-Resolution Federations (MRF) constructive simulations. This includes legacy constructive simulations such as JCATS and current simulations as part of Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) such as WARSIM and OneSAF.. Incumbent will:
? Design, develop, and deliver all IMI II-IV projects, and other training materials, as directed. Each project will have an approved design and budget before any development starts.
? Coordinate with trainers, curriculum developers and business process engineer for project design and testing.
? Ensure all projects are properly tested.
? Deploy approved projects to designated platforms and coordinate with trainers and curriculum developer to ensure they know the project is deployed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Bachelor?s Degree AND 7 years? directly-related experience is required. Master?s Degree strongly preferred.
IMI II and III requirements development experience and simulation support experience required.
Experience developing training curriculum strongly preferred.
DCGS-A background preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Possession of a Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
