Customer Care Associate & Scheduling Assistant.


This position requires a knowledgeable individual to interact with customers, installers, and salespeople to assist them with the most important aspect of our business, the installation of our products on our customer’s homes. Whether this interaction occurs in our showrooms, our warehouse, or over the phone, the objective is always to provide superior customer service, satisfaction, and follow-up. The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate his or herself to learning our proprietary management system, our products and procedures and clientele to ensure communication and installation of our products exceed our customer’s expectations.


Are you always on time? Do you enjoy being organized? See five steps ahead and love a faced paced environment where no two days are exactly the same? Schedulers have their eye on the clock and calendars always. They work with colleagues to make sure operations run on time. Schedulers prioritize inbound and outbound communications, installations and requests for services jobs are responded to and scheduled in a timely matter. They make sure schedules are created and kept.


Self-starter: To be successful the candidate must be a self-motivated and internally driven to excel in your duties and career.
Communication Skills: Able to respond and exchange ideas clearly and effectively through writing, speaking, and presentations; shares appropriate information to keep people informed; is seen as approachable. Critical-Thinking Skills: Will need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly.
Organizational Skills: Multiple orders, people, and many moving pieces will keep schedulers on their toes.
Problem-Solving Skills: Able to analyze situations to identify probable cause; thinks of new possibilities; identifies critical issues and develops options for addressing them; able to incorporate other viewpoints as part of the process of developing solutions.
Team Work: Values the opinions of others; assists others when needed; participates effectively as a member of a team; balances personal contributions and needs with those of other members of the team to achieve common objectives.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Must be flexible and mindful of client relationship building in all communications.
Must have access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit job sites if needed.
