OPS Group Foxtrot Task Lead (MCTP)

Position Description
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI Federal. We are seeking an OPS Group Foxtrot Task Lead (MCTP) to support operations in our Ft. Leavenworth, KS location.

Position Summary:
Incumbent will lead the MCTP Operations Group Foxtrot contractor team. OG Foxtrot: observe, coach, and train functional and multi- functional brigade commanders and staffs during embedded Warfighter Exercises (WFX). Their priorities of support are: battlefield surveillance brigades, maneuver enhancement brigades, combat and theater aviation brigades, fires brigades, DIVARTY, engineer brigades, and military police brigades. Each OPSGRP can observe, coach, and train up to three different collocated brigades per exercise. On order, they support Joint and ASCC exercises in support of unified action

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Position will be the CGI team lead for OG Foxtrot. Must manage personnel and ensure compliance with CGI policies and processes. Task lead will coordinate schedules, ensure team personnel are trained and understand relevant doctrine, and can work effectively with their military counterparts. Coordinate contractor support requirements with the government OG Foxtrot lead. Ensure teams are ready to support exercises. Ensure teams provide effective exercise support and maintain all quality standards. Ensure compliance with relevant portions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

A Master's Degree AND 20 years directly related experience is required for this position.
MEL 4 graduate, senior military officer, understand the Military Decision Making Process and US doctrine for at least one of the functions described above. Understand mission command processes.
TS/SCI security clearance is required
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Senior office with brigade command in one of the specialties discussed above highly desired. War College highly desired. Your future duties and responsibilities
