World Class OPFOR Task Lead (MCTP)

Position Description
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI Federal. We are seeking a World Class OPFOR Task Lead (MCTP) to support operations in our Ft. Leavenworth, KS location.

Position Summary:

Incumbent will lead the World Class Opposing Force (WCOPFOR) task on the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Will lead a team of highly skilled professionals to ensure the WCOPFOR plans and conducts operations against US forces during Warfighter Exercises (WFX) simulations. Must understand the Hybrid Threat and be able to apply approved Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) during operations in the simulation environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Position will be the CGI site lead for MCTP in addition to WCOPFOR lead. Must manage personnel and ensure compliance with CGI policies and processes. Must be able to plan scenarios and develop OPFOR counter-tasks fhat match the US Commander's training objectives. Must ensure all personnel are qualified and trained on approved Hybrid Threat TTPs and can apply them during the simulation. Ensure the threat headquarters plan and conduct operations effectively and challenge the US forces during the exercise. Coordinate contractor support requirements with the government OG Foxtrot lead. Ensure teams are ready to support exercises. Ensure teams provide effective exercise support and maintain all quality standards. Ensure compliance with relevant portions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all CGI tasks on the contract as well as WCOPFOR. Coordinate with prime Program Manager and represent CGI on site. Respond to prime PM requirements and ensure compliance with approved prime processes and policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

A Master's Degree AND 20 years directly related experience is required for this position.
School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) graduate, War Colledge graduate, senior military officer background, understand the Hybrid Threat, prior command experience preferred.
TS/SCI security clearance is required
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
