ManTech is currently seeking a Software Engineer SME4 to support the US Naval Observatory (USNO) Engineering Support out of Charleston, SC.

This position will require a current Secret security clearance.

Education:
Technical Training in relevant technical field.

Experience:
Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with task specific project, to include three (3) of the
following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in relevant technical field.

Two years of experience developing software using an interpreted language (Python, Ruby, PHP or
Perl)
1.
One year experience developing applications for deployment on 2. a HP-UX platform.
3. One year experience on Fortran (15.3.19)
