Full Time Employee Contractor
The Logistics Analyst is knowledgeable of Department of Defense (DoD), Navy and Marine Corps logistics policy and processes, and familiar with existing business processes.
? Analyze Logistics processes and supporting systems, to include supporting business and management processes and provide recommended courses of actions for improvement as they relate to the current and future business environment.
? Develop and analyze performance metrics and reporting capabilities in addition to trend analysis and prepare reports.
? Assist in the documenting and capturing of requirements for the development of functional system requirements documents, system change requests, and system modification request and incident reports.
? Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist in providing faster, accurate and reliable services across the entire operational environment.
? Microsoft Office Suite
? Experience developing process flows, methods and procedures, functional requirement documentation.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focus on grammatical and usability skills.
? Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
? Working knowledge of MS VISIO
? Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
A minimum of 3 years directly related experience and Bachelor?s degree.
