Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Software Developer to join our team in the Stafford, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as Software Developer (Visual Basic, Java, C/C++, Archer)
• Integrate disparate software applications through API function calls
• Identify, assess, and evaluate moderately complex product/service solutions
• Coordinate resolution of product/service issues, upgrades and problems
• Interact with management to assess major business processes and address product/service needs
• Develop and deliver presentations to customer leadership
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software
• Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications
• Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new modules
• Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
• Address problems of system integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
• Consult with end users to identify application requirements
• Perform feasibility analyses on potential future projects
• Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancement
• Participate in development of software user manuals

REQUIREMENTS:
• BS degree plus 3-5 years, MS plus 3-5 years, HS plus 11-13 years
• Five to seven years application development and program supportexperience
• Current DoD Secret clearance
• Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, Visio
• Experience working in a team environment
• Familiarity with Web services protocols such as REST, SOAP, XML
• Understand principles of secure code development

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with ISO 9001:2008
• Experience with CMMI-ML3
• Experience with Agile development Advertisement
