Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant - DHS Experience Required

Position Description
Principal Functional Lead/Senior Consultant shall be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the services at the subject matter expert level in support of a key CBP OCAO Program Division. Your future duties and responsibilities
- The Principal Functional Lead/Senior Consultant will lead a staff of contractor personnel in meeting the requirements set forth in support of a key CBP OCAO Program Division: PDD, Enterprise Governance, MID/CAO, or CMS; with the appropriate COR, CBP PM and Program Office POC coordination.
- The Principal Functional Leads Senior Consultant must be cleared and ready to begin performance on the date of award.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Candidates must be US citizens
- Prior program/project management experience with DHS or a DHS agency is required
- Must have a Bachelor?s degree in business or related field and at least (5) years specialized experience; or (8) years general experience and (5) years specialized experience.
- Specialized experience must include at least (3) years program management experience and (2) years of specialized experience in the oversight of large data management endeavors, data analysis, program development, and strategic communications on public and/or private sector programs
