Coordinates and implements the MWR mission program at a specific facility. Provides exercise guidance, testing, prescription, and supervision to MWR users and teaches group exercise classes. Assists with health program delivery. Maintains monthly health bulletin boards and educational materials. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable and can be corrected. Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school and 2

years of experience involving the coordination of organized team sports, recreational club activities, and social event scheduling. MWR Armed Forces experience and some college course work is preferred. CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Additional Duties:

Assists in the set-up/tear-down, clean up and conducting events for facility reservations, special sports events, Entertainment shows, Leagues and recreation activities.

Performs routine facility inspections, monitors safety, damage to facility or MWR equipment.

Manage and conducts MWR facility property inventory monthly, conducts patronage count and submits daily Sitreps status reports.

Attends meetings and on the job trainings when required.

Ensure accountability of all staff during work shift and shares facility upkeep and assigned duties with the HCN workforce.

Submits requests for work orders, basic maintenance or IT technical support as needed

Performs Technical Inspection on FWT Government equipment/makes recommendations for new procurement to MWR Manager.

Receives, checks in, and issues materials and

Government furnished property and supplies

in support of Outdoor, Recreation, Recreation Sports and Fitness activities.

Responsible for warehouse establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.

Conducts end of month inventory GFE Fixed Assets/ minor property and consumables

Ensures proper receipt, storage, and issue of all KBR MWR project material and maintains records.

Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.

Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Be familiar with 1149’s/ Transfer documents/ material requisitions/ROP/MSDS

Minimum Skills



Current CPR/First Aid AED preferred


Must be able to work independently, making sound decisions


Two years Warehouse experience
