Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support operations in Arlington, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities
Program Management Office Manager manages day-to-day activities to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Implements and provides guidance related to organizational processes and policies, oversees the work of project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A Bachelor's Degree AND 10 years' directly related experience are required for this role.
The program manager shall have, at a minimum, ten (10) years of management and program
support experience.
The program manager is required to have a background and knowledge of Navy programs and the ability to apply managerial expertise in executing a variety of S&T programs through demonstrated experience.
The program manager shall be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from government, Naval Research Enterprise, industry, academia, and non-profit groups, in order to achieve collaboration essential to ONR mission success.
Possession of a US government Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
