Position Description
Join the CGI Federal team! CGI Federal is looking for a Business Analyst to support operations at our Albany, GA location. Alternately, this position may be staffed in Manassas, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities will include requirements definition, requirements analysis, design development, system testing, operational systems support. Performs functional and technical analysis, assessment, and development tasks. Participates in requirements analyses, data gathering, interviews, and facilitated sessions. Provides analytical skills in design, testing, training, and implementation activities. Contributes to deliverables.

? System Testing, including designing and writing Test cases and Test execution
? Verifying defect fixes
? Providing client support as necessary
? Updating user guides and training materials
? Assist in the design process, including writing functional designs
? Facilitate requirement, design and testing meetings with the teams
? Train end users on functionality
? Identify training gaps and escalate to management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
? A Bachelor's Degree AND at least 4 years' directly related experience are required for this role. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
* Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
* Working with end user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems
* Experience with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
* Strong problem solving and resolution skills
* Excellent oral, written and documentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, self motivated, and willing to take on ownership and responsibility for assignments across multiple project teams
? Detail-and-results-oriented
? Strong organizational skills
? An Interim Secret or higher clearance is required in order to begin work. Continued eligibility is contingent on ability to receive final Secret clearance.
? Possession of a US government Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
? Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Desired qualifications:

* Knowledge of SQL
* Experience with the Continuous Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma Program
* Familiarity of CMMI Level 3 best practices
? Ability to work independently
