The Mgr, Incentive Compensation is responsible for overall project management and extensive analysis work around complex variable compensation initiatives. This includes but not limited to current state assessment, development and testing, approval and communication, implementation and payment process mapping and post implementation monitoring and assessment. Incumbent is required to perform extensive and complex modeling and testing on various business metrics and levers that influence operational performance and incentive payments. Incumbent performs testing and analysis and then reports findings and recommendations to senior management via a compensation committee structure across multiple business formats. Partners with other compensation and business experts to effectively meet client, customer, associate, and financial objectives for the organization. Maintains overall organizational compensation development calendar and manages pace and priorities to achieve a high volume of new and redeveloped variable plans each fiscal year.
