PURPOSE:

The Marketing Communications Manager provides leadership, vision, and management for internal and external communication campaigns and initiatives, including design, content, and marketing effectiveness. Creates, directs and supervises the production of content delivered through various forms of communication: video, podcasts, internet/websites, intranet, webinars, print collateral, print publications, mobile devices, and Marketing Automation systems.

DUTIES:
•Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for trade shows, conventions, seminars, product launches, and outreach programs.
•Develops schedules and maintains deadlines
•Manages projects that entail writing and editing, such as product manuals, user guides, case studies, press releases, news articles, ad copy, whitepapers, presentations, and other digital and online documentation.
•Creates/delegates and manages the production of corporate videos, microsites, presentations and online digital presentation tools.
•Participates in the creation and/or management of standards and methodology for digital and mobile software User Interface (UI)
•Serves as a proactive customer service & quality ambassador of The Econolite Group, Inc. by representing the organization in a positive, professional manner to support The Brand Promise
•Performs other duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Design
•5+ years Design & Marketing experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Advanced knowledge of Adobe Systems products, like Adobe Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop
•Advanced knowledge of Video production software (Apple Final Cut Pro)
•Web Design and implementation background
•Strong written and verbal communications skills
•Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
•Must possess great attention to detail
•Must be independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment



BUSINESS TRAVEL:

Some Business Travel required.
