Project/Change Management Coordinator
CGI Federal is actively seeking a Project/Change Management Coordinator to provide support to the newly awarded Defense Media Activity (DMA). This position is an exciting opportunity to support a high impact organization responsible for providing a direct line of communication for news and information to U.S. Forces worldwide. The Project/Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for working with our customer while they present information across a variety of platforms which include radio, television, print and internet/social media.
Principle Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Manage service delivery processes to include incident management, change management, and configuration management as well as resource coordination, customer management, and communications at various levels during services engagements.
? Create change reports coordination with customers, leadership, and technical teams on change-related matters.
Prepare for and run the weekly change review meetings.
? Maintain/update the Change Management Plan and related SOPs. Act as Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical team and the customer.
Must have Comptia Security+CE
Must have DOD Secret Clearance
