Full Time Employee Contractor
Program Controls Manager for the Engineering and Performance Based Logistics Contracts. Provide full Earned Value Reporting support, FFP, and T&M contracts in excess of $100M. Prepare and present weekly and monthly cost reports, including CPR and IPMR Formats 1-5 to internal and external customers and DCMA. Successfully lead and pass all DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs). Prepare and train Control Account Managers in preparation of Joint Surveillance Reviews. Analyze and update program budget to ensure latest contract modifications and related requirements are incorporated.
? Create, maintain, coordinate, and update master schedule and detail schedule including milestones and customer deliveries
? Generate/update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, ensuring data ties to the Statement of Work (SOW), SAP, schedules, and baseline budget
? Coordinate, manage, and support Control Account Managers (CAMs) and contracts with risk and opportunity management
? Initiate, coordinate & maintain cost and schedule integration and analyze data
? Initiate, coordinate and maintain monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Earned Value Management Principles, Control Account Management, Budget Estimation, Integrated Master Schedule development and execution, MS Office, MS Project, Cobra/Insight/Milestone Pro, SAP.
PMP, 40 hours /week, office environment, 8-5pm normal work schedule
Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics - Masters preferred
