Need training? · Immediately upon hire you are eligible for free or reduced price in-class advanced training through the world-renown S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute

And now about the pay increases and bonuses! Pay rates have increased across the board for our officers. In addition to increased initial hourly rates, our officers now receive:

· Pay increases for armed officers at 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and 18 months·

Up to $500 annual bonus for passing SOP test within 90 days (SSG or HazOps)

· $150 annual bonus for each new employee referred to CIS who successfully completes the probationary period

· $50 annual bonus upon successful completion of the CIS Principles of Leadership course

· $150 annual bonus for all SSG Officers who successfully complete the our Anti-Terrorism Officer Program (for as long as SSG position is maintained) through the S2 Institute.

· $250 annual bonus for all Risk Management Officers assigned to HazOp Division who compete the Anti-Terrorism Officer Program through the S2 Institute

· $500 annual bonus for those who are designated as an ATO reservist (prepared to deploy as an ATO)·

All CIS Protection Officers are encouraged to take the Certified Protection Officer exam through the International Foundation of Protection Officers. CIS will cover the cost of the exam. Those who pass and retain their certification will be eligible for a $150 annual bonus.

· After six months of full-time employment you are eligible to transfer to other companies in the KKP family

· 1 week (40 hours) of paid vacation after one year of full-time employment, 2 weeks vacation after 2 years.

· $1000 of “Training Dollars” for use at S2 online (after 90 days)

ALL Bonuses are recurring yearly, in other words, once earned, THEY NEVER GO AWAY!
