Summary:
U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program to include, engineering services, technology insertion and integration, software and hardware engineering, systems integration support, test and evaluation, integrated logistic support, new equipment, training, maintenance and engineering support, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistics support, training and engineering support, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, installation and de-installation, business operations support, and system integration/installation. Place of Performance is Camp Atterbury, near Edinburgh, Indiana. This is contingent upon contract award; period of performance is one base year with two additional options that can be exercised.

This job is located in Camp Atterbury or Muscatatuck Training Center, IN.

Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/9 Physical Security Standards for SCI Facilities, DoD 5200.1-R, and TEMPEST requirements.

Tasks include:
•Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and methods covering a wide range of security disciplines.
•A full range of security operations to include information, personnel, physical, industrial, and automated information system security.

Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
•Position requires a Bachelor’s (B.S. or B.A) Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years as a Site Security Manager,
•Seven (7) years’ experience is required if individual does not possess a Bachelor’s degree

Security Clearance: Must be capable of maintaining an active TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
