This job is located at Camp Atterbury or Muscatatuck Training Center, IN.
U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program to include, engineering services, technology insertion and integration, software and hardware engineering, systems integration support, test and evaluation, integrated logistic support, new equipment training, maintenance and engineering support, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistics support, training and engineering support, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, installation and de-installation, business operations support, and system integration/installation. Place of Performance is Camp Atterbury, near Edinburgh, Indiana. This is contingent upon contract award, period of performance is one base year with two additional options that can be exercised.
Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)
•Works independently under general guidelines or objectives.
•Possesses advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management.
•Manages a single systems acquisition program/project or major functional area.
•Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under his/her management.
•Establishes objectives and requirements.
•Develops program/project standards and schedules.
•Monitors outside resources.
•Has experience or extensive knowledge with the processes and procedures relative to the functional area.
•Coordinates, reviews and supervises work of assigned staff.
•Reviews/oversees the preparation of all related documentation.
•Conducts program reviews, meetings, etc.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with 5 years’ experience within the past 8 years in IO and Cyber exercise planning and must have experience with the DoD Joint Training System (JTS) and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
Security Clearance: Must be capable of maintaining an active TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
