Capture Manager

Position Description
CGI Federal has an opening for a capture manager with experience on the Department of Veterans Affairs? Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) ID/IQ contract. This key team member has the opportunity to make immediate impact in expanding CGI?s footprint across the federal health market. The candidate will serve as an opportunity pursuit leader for task order responses and will manage teams to win new work under the VA T4 Next Generation ID/IQ leveraging CGI?s powerful portfolio of products and services delivered across the federal health market. Your future duties and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will function as an individual contributor as well as a team leader. This individual will partner closely with account executives, solutions architects, proposal managers, technical writers, pricing managers, finance, and HR leaders to assure CGI proposals are viewed as best in class and worthy of consideration and reward. The successful candidate will oversee win strategies, action plans, competitive analysis, teaming strategies and agreements, proposed solution offering, pricing and price-to-win. Experience working with Veterans Affairs and Defense Health Agency is preferred. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
?Minimum of 5 years of experience responding to federal government competitive procurements
?Working knowledge of the VA T4NG ID/IQ contract
?Proven track record of capturing competitive business in the federal healthcare market with a minimum value of $10 million
?Industry relationships and with key government program and contracting personnel
?Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build win-win partnerships within a firm/corporation, with a particular focus on understanding how to leverage technology differentiators
?Demonstrated ability to identify emerging business trends resulting in strategy recommendations to senior management
?Excellent communication skills and highly effective interpersonal skills are required as well as an ability to inspire confidence and provide leadership throughout the company

Education
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree from a leading academic institution. A Master?s or other advanced degrees/relevant certifications are preferred.

Clearance
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
